Z Architects is looking to add an enthusiastic architect/designer who wants to be part of a supportive design team in Girdwood, Alaska, at the base of Alyeska Ski Resort. Consequently, we have a need for a talented architect or designer with a broad range of knowledge and skill sets who can easily work alongside project team members across disciplines.
This is a fast-paced office that enjoys a life/work balance. You will support the Principal and team to complete assignments in a timely manner. You will be responsible for the production of construction documents in concert with the project schedule; resolve technical/design issues to maintain progress and quality control; communicate between the project team and consultants; assist in assuring the project meets building codes, budget, and meets all necessary deadline in order to fully meet client expectations.
